2025: Finlo solar met privately with members of the Kirkland Planning Board, being careful not to trigger the Public Meetings Law requirements. Finlow targeting November-December for a “Pre-Application Submission Meeting” with the Planning Board
Spring 2026: Finlow application is underway and Finlow is in communication with affected neighbors. Major concerns with the water well easement and significant tree removal.
